Returns Policy

All products are guaranteed to be 100% authentic, of high standard, and accurately described on their individual product pages. Each order is carefully packaged and securely shipped to ensure it arrives with you in excellent condition.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at enquiries@globalfansclub.com and we will be happy to arrange a replacement where available.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for an exchange, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and suitable for resale. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You must notify us of any missing, incorrect, or unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be sent back to us within 30 days of delivery.
